Introducing Azuga’s new Integrated Ordering System! This new innovative process will allow you to submit orders in minutes directly from the Azuga Partner Portal! The system allows for automated approvals and workflows in real-time which makes the customer experience better, faster, and more accurate than ever before!
Two webinar sessions were held earlier this month, demonstrating the tool’s features and functionality, and as of Friday, September 20, you have been granted full access to the Integrated Ordering System via our Partner Portal.
We have recorded those sessions for your reference. However, if you need additional guidance while submitting the first few orders, please reach out to your Channel Manager.
Throughout the next few months the Partner Portal will be updated with new features, functionality and a new look! This month, not only have we added an Integrated Ordering System, but next week, we are also adding a new automated process to submit a device for cancellation request. A new Device Cancelation Request Form button has been added to the Partner Portal homepage. By submitting your request via the Partner Portal, it will allow you increased tracking and more accurate, timely invoice updates in regards to your account changes and device reporting.
Useful reporting features such as Comprehensive Overview reporting allows you to easily see the top level view, without having to click through single reports individually. To help you get to the information you need fast, we suggest a selection of the most popular fleet management reports used by our customers, just like you.
