Hardware that keeps you in the know
Azuga Equipment Beaconsemit bluetooth signals which are detected by your Azuga GV620 asset trackers. The asset tracker’s cellular data connection is used to send beacon locations back to the Azuga Fleet server. The GV620 can simultaneously detect and report on 50 beacons per tracker.
Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) 5.1 Connectivity
Bluetooth Low Energy is a version of Bluetooth that is optimized to make very efficient use of battery power. Bluetooth location beacons are more effective than RFID trackers, much less expensive than GPS asset trackers, and small enough to use on all of your equipment and tools.
At just 24g±1g grams and Φ4.6cm wide, 4.0cm tall and 1.8cm thick, the Azuga Equipment Beacon can be attached to tools and other small equipment without getting in the way.
IP67 Rating for Dust & Water Protection
An IP Rating of IP67 means you can keep an eye on your equipment even when the weather gets tough. Dust-sealed and able to withstand immersion in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.
Understand the status of your equipment at a glance with Equipment Beacon statuses in Azuga Fleet
When a beacon is currently being detected by an asset tracker, it is with that asset tracker. The beacon’s location is known, based on the location of the asset tracker.
When a beacon is not currently detected by any asset tracker it’s status is dropped, and Azuga Fleet shows the beacon’s last known location.
