Geofence data syncs from Inspect Point Fleet to the inspection and work order detail pages for each job. Staff can clearly see when technicians arrived at a job site and how long they were there.

Automatic data syncing:

Vehicle data from Inspect Point Fleet syncs directly into Inspect Point, so staff can easily link trucks to a technician. This saves time and allows data to flow seamlessly between applications.

Reduce fraudulent transactions with a ‘smart’ fuel card:

Inspect Point is also a partner with Coast, which offers fuel and fleet cards to fire protection contractors. Coast integrates with Inspect Point Fleet, offering additional benefits:

- Decline fuel transactions based on location data: Coast automatically matches the GPS location of the vehicle with the location of the pump. If the vehicle is away from the pump, Coast will automatically decline the transaction.

- Automatic odometer data collection at every fuel transaction: Coast will automatically add the most recent Inspect Point Fleet odometer entry to every fuel transaction, allowing users to calculate the miles per gallon consumption of their vehicle. This will allow users to faster identify issues such as fuel efficiency, maintenance needs, or sub optimal driving behaviors.

- Vehicle data sync: Instead of manually entering vehicles into Coast, every vehicle in Inspect Point Fleet can be automatically imported to Coast.
